Basically I wanted to highlight the "Mabashi(XxGOKUxX) uses Ritz Bullet.
Ulquiorra Cifer(rdj1504) takes 30 damage." I am not excatly sure if this is a problem but with Cifer uses protection and when Mabashi uses Bitto Elixir, wouldn't it do more then 30 damage? Kenny does 90 damage with just 5 more atk stat increase. The number's just don't make sense to me. I will test out some random +5 atk bankai user and see if it does only 30 also.

Can anyone explain why this atk does 140 damage?

I can answer both of your questions, first about ritz bullet, if you read the description it says it ignores defense so no matter how high or low your opponents defense is it will always do 30 damage.

Next Byakuya's Massacre scene increases his physical attacks by 20 damage, along after using it on a person who has been marked with Scatter it adds another +20 damage and also your defense was decreased on Ulq, that's how the damage escalates to that amount.

I understand from where you are coming from. So Ritz Bullet itself should say "ignores ATK and DEF" right? Cuz if its base damage is 30 then ignoring defense would make sense but altering Mabashi's ATK should increase its atk?
