i have a record of 24w 7L and im lvl 6

Rukia 12243 had 8w and 6L and is lvl 14, did i miss something? is there a way of lvling other then ranked battles?

Missions that don't unlock characters give a good chunk of exp. Although they could have just as easily reset their stats.

Yes, you can reset your current win/loss ratio to 0/0, but it also resets any missions objectives that you haven't completed yet.
