reading skill info

Hi, just started playing again, and i saw all the reworked skills. there rly good an all, but some skills, like renji's "Zambimaru cage" and Ichigo's "full hollowfication" cut off, is there a way i can change my screen size to see the whole skill, or is it just this way?
