Im gonna vote for Rai, why u ask ?

Beacose, however the powerfull all others are, Rai's Geass activates and takes them under his command with power of complete obedience. He can command them to do anything, fight, kill other enemies or even them selves. As for Sasuke, Nagato and Rikudo, they all need eye contact, but Rai does it by sound waves, doesnt need eye contact and can by only his voice take down them all.

Ouch..Rinnegan doesn't need eye contact. Even if you manage to take over Rikudou, you still have 6 paths to worry about. Geass is limited I believe? To where Rikudou's rinnegan isn't. Though the funnier question is, how are you stopping a Shinra Tensei. You only have about 5 seconds to target me, well that was Pain. You'll probably have less with Rikudou.

I vote for Rikudou because rinnegan is stronger than byakugan and sharingan.and Sasuke alone can kill Rai if u made eye contact rai is gonna be under a genjutsu and make mistake controlling a wrong sasuke or he can just sh** on him by using ametrasu and boom hes dead he dosent even need an eye contact...but rikudo is different he can take them both alone i mean he has strongest ninjutsu/tai/gen because of his eye no one can touch him...he is the father of all Shinobi FOR GODS SAKE.

lol hyon... you do realize none of the characters know each other power and juubi can't possibly prevent the ability to be activated... THe fact rai ability is sound before you realize his ability you are dead becuase the fact you hear his words = your already dead unless your character is deaf. But since axo is stupid and have not watches geass the weakness for his a bility is of course it effects his allies and there is a range such like rolo geass ability becuase they both have the same range.


Geass
Not much is certain about Rai's Geass. It is described as a "power of absolute obedience" just like Lelouch's, but that relies on sound propagation rather than visual information. It is visually represented in animated works as a expanding red globe, much like Rolo's Geass. For sure, only the three characteristics listed bellow are known:
It can affect all those who hear him, including himself. Of course, deaf people are immune;
Since this power is only conveyed by Rai's natural voice, it cannot be propagated through relays like speakers and tape recorders;
Effective range is limited to a distance in which Rai can be heard;

There is no preventing it, if Juubi hears kill your master it will not stand back for even 1 second, it will attack Rikudo, also if he hears kill your self he will do it with no hesitation.

Sigh. You have a limited range. You use sounds waves correct? Shinra Tensei > Sound Waves. I included Juubi not for the fact he is there, but because it's shown that a demon will take over your body near death. It's unknown if he had control over it, but if that wasn't the case you'd have to deal with the Juubi form Rikudou with Rinnegan, not acting as Rikudou.

Another example. You do realize Rikudou doesn't have to show him self in battle, and can be in a place where he can't hear you, and still shit on Rai? Six Paths alone will be fighting. Now I'd tell you to go ahead and use Geass, cause each 6 paths can be revived instantly. Also take into consideration Animal Path. 6 Paths + Summons + Instant Revive. You see, since none of the opponents here know about Rinnegan, except Nagato. You would not know's it's true weakness. Meaning you'd be fighting Six Paths over, and over, and over again. I can also easily seal, Chibaku Tensei you, with Rikudou being some miles away from you.

The fact that his 6 paths hear it Rikudo could hear it also, and there is your revival strategy, there is only 1 path that returns others to life, if he hears Rai your whole startegy is doomed to fail, over and over again.

Wrong. Correct term is 'see'. He feels the chakra from each path which is how he knows. Rikudou > Rai. Simple.
