Nah I dont think that Don is Tessai, I mean Tessai has long and thick sideburns and a thick mustache. Don only has a thin mustache and long hair. Not to mention Tessai is muscular and Don seems to be just normal.

PS: Don't start doing it too often , you might end up making a good manga to just ridicule it eventually.That's probably how Tite Kubo became what he is today.
