This match is strictly swordsmanship only. Meaning no skills, and just pure blade to blade. If a example is still needed, well then. Zoro's, 36 pound cannon will not be counted.

Im voting for guts mainly becuase this match is with no skills or special ability he has no powers or any kind of powers he relies on his own ability of human, he was able to slay demons and dragons. All the other character relied on there own powers and super human abilities

Apparently you have never watched Samurai Champloo. For one, Jin has no super human powers, or special abilities. He's relied on PURE skill, unlike others. I should mention he doesn't even wield a fancy blade like others. A normal, basic Katana.

I vote for Vergil why?because he is badass(just joking about the badass thing),1/2 devil,and has superhuman in mostly everything speed,strength,Agility,Reflexes etc... and Master swordsman who uses the Dark slayer style.... its true that he has super ability and stuff but he can slay demons by just swordsmanship because he is 1/2 devil and he can slay them before they know they got slayed....i cant see any1 here that can slay demons by only swordsmanship....simply i think Dark Slayer style can defeat all of them....AK is honestly a good character but he sucks in this CB.Kenshin Himura is also good for this CB but Vergil can easily dodge his attack he can actually see them because he is 1/2 devil and lets see some people who didnt have superhuman speed like Hajime Saito were able to fight kenshin and almost killed him...what will Kenshin do if he fought Vergil?

Guts...Guts is really good too but having superhuman strength means hes slow(comparing to vergil and others) so in other words Vergil can kill Guts before he can do anything...besides Vergil has superhuman strength too, better in swordsmanship and more.....oh and I forgot something its true Guts can slay Demons and Dragons but because Vergil has superhuman strength and superhuman speed etc and i am sure he can slay guts in easily.
Jin....I cant see how this guy can defeat Vergil even in swordsmanship...i am sure Vergil can defeat him without using any special ability......swordsmanship is more than enough for Vergil to defeat Jin or any1 else in this CB.

note:before any1 tells me i counted special ability just for your information the only special ability vergil has is Devil Trigger I am not sure if he can use it without the yamato but yea i don't think vergil even needs it even if devil trigger makes his swordsmanship better.... and the other ability vergil has is his Yamato i didn't count yamato if i counted the yamato then u will find in this post something saying vergil can just open the hell gate and he can cut through anything...but thats only yamato i don't remember mentioning things like that.

note 2:before any1 say that vergil has no swordsmanship style only special ability just let me remind u vergil has force edge giving him no power at all yet he slayed demon with it and almost killed dante+his swordsmanship style is dark slayer he can use it with normal katana....and if swords power wont count in this CB vergil will have normal katana he can still slay people before they know they got slayed the only different is he can cut through everything and cant open/close/seal/destroy the hell gate....sorry if i repeated stuff too much but people always argue with me and forget somethings i said in argues so yea just in case.

Ya i doubt jin can kill anything harder other then humans becuase he has no experience in those. guts had killed demons and dragons while jin probably faced only humans which last time i checked in almost all series of anime manga demons and dragons are much more harder to beat then normal humans.

I vote for Guts becoz the dude has like no powers and he and Jin are on par but he beats Jin.He wears an armor coz he wants to, the armor doesnt give him extra power or anything just protects him,i wuld say the armor kinda slows him but WTF he has slayed soo many demons and dragon i cant count myself.Sure killing demons and dragons may not mean anything but they are fukin strong plus i dont knw much about samurai champloo so i vote for Guts

Which is why you should look into Samurai Champloo. The armor gives him a huge defense boost, and yes possibly slowing him in the process. Yes he's slain demons, and dragons, but that doesn't technically mean he has a awesome swordsmanship ability. As, we've seen Sora from Kingdom Hearts take out a dragon with a Keyblade, yet his 'swordsmanship' isn't there. There's also a difference between Slaying, and Swordsmanship, which I would class Guts under one of the best Slayers since he's been killing off Dragon, and Demons. We've even seen Renji taking out Hollows, or in the case 'monsters', while Renji's swordsmanship blows.

well from what i found on the characters i vote for Jin. This is because he actually uses sword skill and not just swings around a giant sword like Guts or rely on special powers.
