According to the info that everyone provided, I believe that Kuma is the best among these.

Repel what? Flamingo can easily take down Kuma. How do you repel what you can not see, or hear? Flamingo would easily take out his body parts. He can make Kuma immobile, and make him useless. How does Kuma beat his head flying out? Don't reply with 'Paw Paw Fruit' since he can only reject power by touching them with his Paws. You can not reject what you can't or hear. That's been shown by Kuma in Thriller Bark.

Also Flamingo took down Oars JR, without trying. He simply took of his foot.

@Goku: Everyone did have a chance to enter. It's just that because people didn't claim One Piece Characters. Even then, they still could of claimed one.

oh? how can you repel what you cannot see? Doflamingo has the ability to control those ever so important hands of kuma rendering his ability to deflect things away useless. Btw he doesn't have to touch kuma he can stand far away and still have the ability to control kuma. Being able to easily cut through oars jr. and being able to deal with crocodile, as well as seriously wounding Moria if not killing him all the while never once being hit or touched goes to show how strong of an ability he has. Never once have we seen Doflamingo take damage.

my vote goes to Doflamingo.

Ill be the one to say it, not everyone likes One Piece enough to claim characters from it.The thread is claim a character, not claim an OP character...

Just because everyone doesn't like One Piece, doesn't mean I won't do battles for the people who have them. As, One Piece consist of Claim a Character, regardless. If everyone wanted to take part in this CB they could of claimed a One Piece character. Simple. If you wish to take this discussion further, CAC.
