Shiki, no doubt about it. The dude can see dots, stab them, and erase the existance of whatever he stabs. Wether it is living or not, including "spells" or "techniques".

I don't see how anything beats that.

i vote for Mukuro Rokudo simply because he has six different eye power in his right eye only, first realm which grants him the power to create real Illusions, capable of entering the real world, he has second realm which allows him to use the powers of other when he control someone body, third realm has the power to summon and control deadly animals, fourth realm which improve his fightning skills, fifth realm it's shows mukuro fightning spirit and increases his strenght, six realm has the power control an infinite amout off people. Now i just showed his whole eye abilities to show in this theme that he he has complete advantage of the other entries in eye power let me explain, lelouch has the power to control control others but The maximum effective distance is 272 meters he has a flaw in this eye technique The victim must make direct eye contact for commands to be issued, mukuro doesn't need to make a direct contact all he has to do is activate his eye ability the person body is good as his. Next Tokidoki Rikugou His eye ability has no name. It allows him to imagine and create whatever he wants and is only limited by his imagination, this ability has no specific info on how it works, clearly mukuro beats him in every aspect when it come to eye power. Next Kiyomaru Takamine The Answer Talker grants the user the ability to know the answer to any question, and it also allows the one with Answer Talker to know the movements and the spells of opponents. spells? lmao this has nothing to do with the theme eye power mukuro wins. wow im tired anyway Aya Natsume she has the power to see anywhere in the past, present and future good eye technique but my opinion is that rokudo mukuro wins in this eye power he uses six eye techniques while the rest uses one which clearly give mukuro a bigger edge over the other entries.

i vote for Tokidoki.

Kiyomaru's Answer Talker can be used for a lot of things like how to find a cure for the common cold to developing the first prefect AI robot but those things time to create even with the Answer Talker. Tokidoki on the other hand can imagine a cure or a perfect AI robot and poof it shows up. Also Tokidoki is from the future not the feudal era, he was somehow transported there.

I did not vote for Shiki cuz his eyes only grants him the ability to see the dots and lines. He has to stab the dots and lines himself. Lelouch's geass is nice but it has a limit of one use per person unless the person was affected by the geass-canceller. Mukuro's are battle-oriented and has no use outside of battle. I would have voted for Aya's Dragon Eye but Tokidoki can imagine a time machine.

I vote for him because of his various eye powers unlike the other partcipants who have like one type of eye power Mukuro has six. I will explain each one his first one is like to create illusions out of thin air which makes it equivalent to a real life thing if somebody see his illusions. Second ability is he can like use peoples abilities when inside there body tho to do this he needs to enter ones body first with his sixth ability which is basically controlling ones body there's also no limit on how much people he can control and distance he controls it from unlike Lelouch. Third is he can summon like the most dangerous animals in the world out of thin air whenever he likes to and where he likes to. Fourth which us basically increases his attack power and speed. Fifth which is basically threatening scaring people. With this said his eye power is like six eyes with different abilities but in one eye.

Just because his ability has no name doesn't mean anything. He has the power to create anything from his imagination. Your imagination is limitless. Therefore, it can range from anything the user wish's. His ability is basically wish making in a way. As for Lelouch his ability is nice an all, but there is that hatred side effect. Personally, Tokidoki sounds better overall, and in a fight to me.
