I vote for Rikudou Sennin. He has collected the power of the ten-tailed beast and is a pure genius(Managing to make a skill to seal the beast and being the first user of ninjutsu).Thus having the two main aspects of a warrior : Increndible Battle Abilities(Strenght,Agility,etc) and Intellect. Also because he possesses the Rinnengan, so he has an additional 6 abilities which no other can get access too.

A few words about the other contestants:

Byakuran: He has set a few goals in his life lets take a look:

0 out of 7 Mare Rings (All Mare Rings were sealed by Irie).

0 out of 7 Arcobaleno Pacifiers (All Pacifiers currently reside with their original owners).

0 out of 7 Vongola Rings (All Vongola Rings currently reside with their original owners).

To destroy the Vongola Famiglia (Failed).

To take back Uni, who has been rescued by the Vongola Famiglia (Failed).

No one with good overall abilities fails that much

I dont see how he is considered to have all round abilities.He only possesses strenght and endurance.No flexibilty,agility,intellect,defense,recovery or strategic skills.

Surely he is wise and powerful but Rikudo Sennin is more of an all rounder and much stronger in many ways.

Hashiram Senju

He was my second choice. He is intellectual , strong has a very solid defense and used his unique bloodline abilities in a very efficient way. But thats all we know about him and it aint much.

Rikudou clearly wins this one, I mean he was the man who CREATED the moon, taught the world Ninjutsu, could learn every jutsu and element that existed and also singlehanded defeated the 10 tails, THEN became It's jinchuuriki which would have increased his power to unfathomable heights.

Compared to the rest, he trumps them though.

Senju = Not enough information is really known.
Inu = Is similar to Rikudo, but rikudo is better
Other 2 = Idk about them so can't vote.

I as well vote for Rikudou. The man is a beast. He created the moon. BB can't stack up to him. Rikudou is way to fast for him, he can repel every attack thrown at him. Not to mention, instead of fighting Rikudou, you'd be fighting Rikudou, and the 6 paths. Even if they get killed Rikudou can bring them back to life. Inu would put a good fight, but the problem is, how will he hit Rikudou? Rikudou also posses a demon which holds unbelievable strength. It's clear he can't be stopped by anyone in this match up. Hashirama would put up a decent fight, but he still is no match. It's already stated Rikudou is the strongest in the NaruVerse.
