When voting you MUST supply a reason. You can not simply say I vote number 1. Votes like those will not count, and will be deleted.
Example: I vote number 1. Reason being that Goku simply out classes Piccolo in numerous of things. Power, Ki etc. Special Beam cannon would either miss or get canceled out with one of Goku's moves. Goku also has SSJ 4 which pretty much outclasses a lot of DBZ characters in terms of everything. You Must supply a reason to each entrant. Meaning if we have 3 people that enter, you must give a reason why that person would win against the other 2.

I vote for Juracule Mihawk [One Piece]

I vote for him simply because by handling a weapon of that size does needs some skill and not only can he handle it well he handles it superb in my opinion since he swings that big looking heavy sword freely at his will and slicing epicly ships in half then also he can control not only big weapon but small ones like his mini dagger used against Zoro I think he handles his dagger well since he blocked all Zoro moves and manage to stab him as well even if somebody is strong I don't think they can manage to block all fast strikes of a sword really quick with ease even if somebody is strong and manage to block attacks they need to be skilled to block at that speed.

This one was not so hard to decide.
I ruled out Black Star and DTK because compared to the other 3 they are far too inexperienced.Then I ruled out Gokudera due to the fact that he would not stand a chance against any of the remaining contestants in a weapons only fight.
And then I came to the conclusion that Alucard would win with no problem at all.Even if he does not use any of his supernatural abilities and just his two guns , which both have destructive powers (They make holes big as apples with one bullet and his guns fire bullets at machine gun speed). The main reason Im voting for Alucard is due to his Incredible accuracy: Alucard has been known to hit targets at great range (one kilometer) using handguns while looking the other way.
If Alucard faces Mihawk in a weapon fight without Mihawk or Alucard using their superhuman abilities , Alucard would dispose of Mihawk. Not to mention that Alucard has centuries of combat experience.

As for a match with their powers on he would still win.

However BlackStar has a dozen different weapons he can use at will. He is proficient enough in all his weapons to fight the strongest enemies in Soul Eater. Even the main antagonist of the series said he might be able to actually Surpass God. Now, how many of the others can surpass god? Not to mention he was able to beat a supposed "Super Human" type of swordsmen.

I would vote for Mihawk

Mainly becuase his wepaon expertise are at an extremely high level becuase he does not rely on any ability just pure skills and strength. Agin let me remind you guys its battle of experts EXCLUDING ABILITIES, so like summoning weapons to using auraoic demonic outer world powers are rather invalid in this theme.

uhh let me clarify a few things with alucard this a match of weapons experts not random abilities so excluding his immortality his, his mind reading, shapeshifting, hibernation, summonings. He is left with just his gun as i see it alucard relies heavely only his abilities rather his gunsmanship. So he would be trasshed against mihawk

Black Star, uses a wide variety of weapons which can be his best friend or hit worst enemy the problem with it is that he not really an expert in any of the weapons fighting against some like mihawk he will not stand a chance. And let me clarify with black star to he relies imensely on his sword ability which is cool but not for this kind of theme battle which rules out his major weakness.

Gokudera an skilled dynamite user again im gonna exclude his abilities such as the weapon box becuase yet again abilities goku dera was pretty much screwed wehn faught against squalo which gokudera is not good at close range battles everyone who fought against him while he uses only dynamite he usually loses obviosuly mihawk would put out the flames from the dynamite before explosion will occur.

Now for death kid an excellent gunner who also relies on major abilities but its going to also get excluded in here. Mihawk who traveled probably around the world many times probably came across many immpossible odds with gunners or fought some really powerful expert with gunners and made it out alive so another gunner probably wont do much to him.

i vote for black star because he has a wide array of weapons to master. unlike the others which have a around 2-4, black star has around 10 weapons. he was also able to defeat mifune who could to earn the title sword god.

you can't exclude the abilities of the weapon which is part of the weapon. Summoning weapons isn't an ability, its the same as drawing a sword.

No, but you did say this: Alucard relies mainly on his abilities. And Im asking does Mihawk rely solely on his sword? I think not, he relies way too much on his muscles and so on.
@ Aexon , I dont see how a little kid whose experience in combat compared to Alucard's is 1/200 or less can win a weapons match just because he can use multiple weapons?As far as Im concerned people who use more and more weapons are not able to master all of them and those who stick to 1-2 weapon types and train those over and over ( instead of training 3 or more weapons styles ) are able to master using them. The fact Black Star uses so many weapon types is his dissadvangement along with the fact his combat experience is small.( And you cannot count his shadow skills , using a weapon and a weapon's special abilities are two different things.)

Yet again thats not what i said. Read this and read it well. Not only Alucard relies on his abilities , so does Mihawk and his main ability is his strength.(I never said he aint allowed to use it, you just assumed that)

I really dont' get why some ppl make every single character battle into an actual battle between characters.

I'm voting for Black Star. He has shown to use a lot of different weapons. Which would make him a 'Weapon Specialist'. If you look at it, the only other person I can see would be Mihawk since he uses a sword and a dagger. Since this isn't a battle between these two there is really no other explanation I need to give against others since they are not fighting. Star has also shown is true abilities by switching weapons when able to fight against Mifune, and Asura. The only real weapon that takes a while for him to gain contort would be his 'Fey Blade'
