Wow those are some amazing hand skills dude, 8.5/10 on the hitsugaya... only mistake that i can sorta see is either his mouth is a little to low, or his head is to low compared to his body (but that can just be how the pic is), and 10/10 on the ichigo, wow!!! dont see anything wrong with that looks amazing

advice hmm...you must draw every pic that you like...training...in my opinion this picture have a lot of mistake..and i want draw a lot of better pic..so i must draw...don´t worry...you can draw better than me:)

All I see is pretty advanced copy-drawing. All it needs is practice. Although that kind of drawing is the best start before starting to do your own stuff in your own way.
