Well guess you can say about time. =P Anyways this is the first battle, just a test run to see how things will work out, don't worry there's still a prize.
Rules
1. You are only allowed to enter 1 character in a battle unless otherwise told to enter more.
2. You may only enter characters you own.
3. Re direct all questions concerning battles to the CaC Q&A Thread. Any other posts will be deleted.
4. You can not tell people to vote for you.
5. A alternate account may not vote.
Voting
1. When voting you MUST supply a reason. You can not simply say I vote number 1. Votes like those will not count, and will be deleted.
Example: I vote number 1. Reason being that Goku simply out classes Piccolo in numerous of things. Power, Ki etc. Special Beam cannon would either miss or get canceled out with one of Goku's moves. Goku also has SSJ 4 which pretty much outclasses a lot of DBZ characters in terms of everything. You Must supply a reason to each entrant. Meaning if we have 3 people that enter, you must give a reason why that person would win against the other 2.
2. Voting will be done on a separate thread. Do not place your votes here.
Registration Important
1. When submitting a entry please have a 120 X 170 image of the character. 2. Below the image you must include the Character Name - [Series Title]
3. You will post it here on this thread.

- Intel as meaning Intelligence. Which character is smarter, more strategic, whose a better thinker.
Entry Deadline: Friday September 18 11:00 PM Eastern
Voting Begins: Saturday September 19 8:00 PM Eastern
Voting Ends: Sunday September 20 9:00 PM Eastern
Winner will get a Free claim. Which basically means you can claim twice in a claim period. Free claims can not be stacked, and must be used within two days of receiving a free claim.
Winner may also choose next theme if they want, but can not take part in the next battle if you do so.
