- The actual voting of characters will start on the following Saturday, on a separate topic
- You may only post 1 character per week.
- To submit an entry you must post on this thread.
- No animated gifs are allowed in your entry.
- Only Anime sources are allowed in your characters, No manga skills will be accepted
- NO RIPPING, If you are caught ripping you will be Banned from this event for LIFE.
-ALL entries must be solo works. That means no working with somebody else to make a character.
-Keep the spam to a minimum
-No flaming, swearing, or any of that.
