Welcome to bleach tactics
as for the picture to change ur forum avatar hit user cp at the top of the page and then hit edit avatar
for the game avatar hit account settings right where u login and then hit change avatar

Well to change your avatar go to user control computer than on the lft sidebar you will be able to see edit avatar, there you can either upload it from your computer or enter the url/link of the desired picture
