2. Atleast 5 characters unlocked
3. Ratio Atleast 70%
4. Atleast Level 8

*Must have been at least level 21
*Must have at least 7 characters unlocked
*Must retain 80% ratio when levels 1-11
*Must retain 70% ratio when levels 12-16
*Must retain 65% ratio when levels 17-21
*Must retain 50% ratio when levels 22+
