With the updated client many things have been changed, so i've decided to make a new selection guide.

This page shows you the characters that you have selected, the clan you are in should you be in one, and your player information (wins, losses, rank, etc.)
Character Selection
To start a game there are a few things that you must do. The first of these things is select the 3 characters that you want to use during the fight. To select your characters click the Select Characters tab on the left side of the window.
Your screen should look similar to this:

To start off you get 4 characters (Ichigo,Rukia,Chad,Orihime) to get more characters you must complete the missions for them.
To select a character that you want to use simply select the portrait of that character on the bottom. After you select your character choose which slot you want the character to be in (Slot 1,2,3).
Repeat this step until you have all 3 characters selected. Then you are ready to move on to the next step.
Equipping Skills
Each character must have 5 skills equipped to them before they are ready to fight. To equip skills click the Equip Skills tab on the left side of the window right under Select Characters

To Start choose which of your 3 characters you want to equip skills for then wait while there skills are loaded. To equip a skill, select the move that you want to equip by clicking on it, and then click one of the open skill slots for you character to equip the skill.
Note that you can only have one level of a skill equipped at a time.

Repeat this step for all 3 of your characters
After doing these steps you should be ready to play your first game of Bleach Tactics!
