[LNC] Las Noches

CLAN RANK = #3

We are a clan created to become number one, by never giving up and never asking anyone to give up!

We will rise through the ranks and become number 1!
If you feel the same way, we'll be happy to have you.

Clan Requirements:
- Don't ever give up
- Don't ask anyone to give up
- Do your best!!!
- Don't reset your stats

Clan Rankings:
- Vasto Lorde - That's me (Ulquiorra_EP)
- Espada - Be selected by the Vasto Lorde and at least three (3) other Espada's + be in the clan for five (5) days at least and active for at least three (3) of them in a row + have a highest streak of at least +7 + have a Win/Loss(%) of at least 120%
- Fraccion - Be chosen by one of the Espada's or the Vasto Lorde + be at least an arrancar
- Arrancar - Become lvl 8 (might change later on)
- Menos Grande - Join the clan

Another rule we have is that when it becomes clear that one has reset his stats after joining, he will be warned to refrain from doing that, here at [LNC] Las Noches, we discourage resetting stats.
Don't worry if your stats are bad, just work hard to make sure they become better! That's what we are all about here at Las Noches.
After three warnings that person will be banned from the clan. When someone is banned I will make a BANNED list here on the forum.

If a Fraccion is not active for over one week (7 days) he will get an automatic demotion, except if he had told his Espada or The Vasto Lorde about it first and had a good excuse to do so.

Espada's and the Vasto Lorde have the power to choose their own fraccion, to a max of three (3) fraccion, they also have the power to demote that fraccion for any reason they see fit, as long as I am kept informed.
The Vasto Lorde also has the power to demote an Espada, but will ask for permission of at least two (2) other espada's before demoting.

Also if a Fraccion is demoted it will be posted on this thread.

There is also a MAX of ten (10) espada's, if anyone else wants to become Espada after the spots are all filled in, The Vasto Lorde will go into a chat with his Espada and make out if anyone is better suited and who will have to leave.

If an Espada reset's his stats and this is known by at least 3 other Espada, that Espada will be demoted to Arrancar.
On first notice just for 2 days, if the Espada's stats are yet again reset, he will be demoted to Arrancar for one full week. A third notice will get that Espada a PERMANANT Espada ban, meaning that person will never become Espada in our clan again.
May this be a warning to all Espada, resetting stats is not tolerated in our clan!

btw, all our espada ranked people are evenly ranked, and have the same amount of power within the clan. And their opinions are taken into serious consideration.

now for the Maintenance Check!!!

WARNING TO ALL MEMBERS OF LNC LAS NOCHES
PLEASE READ WITH CARE AND SPREAD THE WORD!

1. Espada's who have not been active for over two (2) weeks will be demoted to arrancar
2. Fraccion who have not been active for over three (3) weeks will be demoted to arrancar
3. ANY member who has not been active for over six (6) weeks (or just haven't been active since 2009!!!!!!) will be kicked from the clan

Also, anyone who leaves our clan and wants to rejoin, just PM me or any other espada. Anyone who leaves our clan and goes to GOS, I'm sorry, you're in hell now, and there's no way out, lol!

The kicking and demoting will take place Sunday, the first of March.


This is an official warning, members that are demoted/kicked and had a reason, PM me the reason and time you were not active and I may promote/invite you.

Reason for this maintenance check, too many inactive users who shame the name Las Noches.
Also a note for anyone in LNC who is active, This is your chance to be promoted, since a lot of Espada and Fraccion spots will open up!

All espada spots have been filled. Megaboom59 has been demoted to Fraccion.
also: new requirement for espada members:
All Espada members must have battled at least 200 battles and have the stats to prove it, next to all other requirements.
