It has come to our attention that there are quite a few clans being started here at BT and then end up being closed down or abandoned so soon after their creation.
As you can imagine this leaves the clan section with threads that are no longer needed anymore and can cause clutter and also confusion to those who were still interested in joining.
To avoid these things as much as possible I have decided to post this letting you all know that when you close your clan down you may PM a Moderator so that we can deal with the thread(s) left behind.

You can send a PM to either of us informing about your clan and a link to the threads(s) you need dealt with such as closing etc.
As I said before this is merely here to help keep the clan section clean and to also help us work better.
